Staff were amazing, size of accommodation was great for our family. The free buggy rides to and from the main hotel was appreciated although seems like a needed resource when you sign up to stay at the resort. The free bbq night was a great surprise.
The king bed was far too plush and could not at all move freely or feel like you were falling into it. The weird doors into the accommodation bedrooms was a pain to deal with. Chocked them open for our stay.

the stay was pretty good. the staff were friendly. great location and some good recreational activities. appreciate the stay nonetheless.
communication on arrival was not great about whether we could check-in earlier (from the usual 4pm). we were left thinking it'd be 30-45m since 1:30pm or so but ended up checking in at 3:40pm. no biggie, it's just that we weren't sure whether to take out our groceries that needed refrigeration.

Clean facilities, spacious room, nice view.
We didn't get breakfast.
Weren't told to bring our own food.
Totally confusing finding the Terraces. No proper signage.
Was told we would have a private Told lpool, but didn't. Told we could get Netflix and YouTube but couldn't because the TV's were so old. DVD option only. For the price we were disappointed. No room service. No restaurant.
