Good location, close to the historic center. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the summer! (Even when you turn it off, the place stays cool throughout the day and overnight.) There are affordable corner markets open late to buy breakfast or snacks on the go and things like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Wi-Fi was reliably good. Hot water shower with good pressure. The place felt relatively new and clean. Although the host didn't speak English, we were able to communicate through Google translate and he was very accommodating, even though we arrived a half an hour early and left early in the morning. Grateful for a stress-free stay.
One thing about the location: if you're walking from Central/Garibaldi Station (where most tourists end up when taking a bus from the airport), the initial walk to the hotel can feel sketchy (homeless or drugged people, smelly and dirty streets), but once you are settled in at the apartment, you don't have to walk to the sketchy side at all because all of the tourist attractions are in the opposite direction. The immediate streets surrounding the apartment feel completely safe (locals, houses with families).
Also, I would have preferred to have a blanket and not just bedsheets, even if it was the summer, just because I like to feel like I'm covered with something when sleeping, but that is just my preference.

Non sapevo che la stanza venisse pulita solo a fine vacanza, non c'era il kit di prodotti per il bagno, ma una volta fatta richiesta hanno risolto il problema

Molt bona ubicació, al centre històric mateix!!
La pitjor dutxa de la meva vida (molt poca pressió d'aigua i impossible regular la temperatura).
Impossible dormir a l'habitació, ja que feia molta calor. Vam tenir sort i no vam agafar dies de massa calor, tot i això, va ser impossible dormir a l'habitació (no té aire, només un ventilador inútil) i vaig haver de dormir al sofà les tres nits (on sí que hi ha l'aire).
Un quart pis sense ascensor, no apte per persones amb problemes de mobilitat, gent gran, molt d'equipatge...
L'habitació només conta de nevera i cafetera, ni pica, ni plats, ni coberts... potser va ser culpa nostra que creiem que n'hi hauria!
