Próximo estação trem e centro, com transporte muito fácil e prático. Limpeza impecável.
O elevador estava fora de operação e como ficamos no 3º andar isso foi um pouco desconfortável.

Very comfortable bed, nice lightning, very well located, very thoughtful to have a coffee machine and ingredients to make coffee and tea.
There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, also noises from the plumbing. Something really bad was that the owner never warned me that the lift was not working, so I had to carry my bags all the way to the 5th floor.

The breakfast was awesome! Great place as base while visiting Vienna, really close to the metro and bus services, great price and very safe surroundings

Die Lage ist Top. U Bahn Station ist vor der Haustür. Zimmer war ganz ok und sauber.
Das Frühstück gab's gegenüber bei BABA Döner. Gab's zwar erst ab 8 Uhr, war aber wirklich ok. (Orientalisch)
Rezeption gibt es keine, aber der Empfang vom Hotelbesitzer (???) war sehr herzlich und freundlich, Check in und Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Ansonsten ist das Hotel 24/7 geöffnet und man ist zeitlich sehr flexibel.
Leider stinkt es im Flur furchtbar. Der Aufzug ist kaputt. Auch die Abflüsse im Bad hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Sehr schade war auch, dass das Restaurant geschlossen hat und es kein Frühstück im Hotel gab. Der Eingang wirkt sehr ausladend und man merkt anfangs nicht, wo man rein muss (Eingangstür zw zwei Restaurants) Erkennbar war das Hotel an seiner markanten Aussenfassade (siehe Bilder)
Es nimmt allerdings dem Haus einfach den Charme, dass es so heruntergekommen ist. Tv ging nicht, Rollos auch nicht. Das Haus wirkt sehr groß und gespenstisch. Somit fühlt man sich hier leider absolut nicht wohl, obwohl es preislich wirklich ok war, und das Zimmer soweit auch ok war, wenn man keinen Komfort erwartet.
