The location was good and the room was clean and provided all the essential facilities. The bathroom was a good size, very modern with an excellent shower. The entry system worked very well.
The room was rather stuffy and only had a fan, not air con. It was also quite noisy until late at night as people were talking in the street below, and early in the morning there were vehicles cleaning and delivering goods.

Its location and ease of access and communication.
All was fine - just some little fixes such as the curtains needed to be reankored, as the ends kept falling out. Fridge freezer door didn’t close 100% properly. A bit of touching up with paint in places.

The location is what makes the score good.
The room is only cleaned "apparently". Underneath the bed there's at least a year's worth of dirt (and the bed
is suspended from the floor so you can see everything). The room smells of dust, the shower cubicle is full of mould and there is no notice to put on the door to change the towels... you use the same ones even if you stay for 5/7 days
