Versava is a reception-free hotel, but communication with the managers was very easy and very fast. This is so pleasant! No one demanded photos of my documents or their numbers - this is a huge plus for privacy and comfort, which is becoming rarer and rarer nowadays. After all, it is absolutely illegal, and I don't understand how Booking.com allows it! I filled out the form at the apartments. The room was very clean and very comfortable, and it had everything I needed.

The location is very close to the central, beautiful room, and everything is near the apartment.

A great stay in this small but cozy apartment near Vienna Central Station. It was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and all the amenities I needed. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna!

The location is what makes the score good.
The room is only cleaned "apparently". Underneath the bed there's at least a year's worth of dirt (and the bed
is suspended from the floor so you can see everything). The room smells of dust, the shower cubicle is full of mould and there is no notice to put on the door to change the towels... you use the same ones even if you stay for 5/7 days
