The Atmosphere & Grounds: Absolutely magical surroundings with beautifully tended, sensitive gardens and a peaceful, relaxing vibe.
Staff & Hospitality: The team goes above and beyond. We arrived after hours, and it was so easy to find our key, with a waiter stepping in to help us with our bags down the hill. Everyone was warm and accommodating.
Wellness Offerings: Outstanding! The yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday were world-class, led by an incredible instructor, and the massage therapist is a true expert.
Dining & Pool: Beautifully presented, healthy breakfast choices, great dinner variety, and a lovely chill pool atmosphere featuring a great live DJ on Thursday night.
Location & Exploration: Perfect base for exploring the local area—make sure to visit the stunning natural pool at Bajamar nearby!
For an eco-resort, it would be brilliant to see future investments in visible sustainability features like solar panels, EV charging stations, and water recycling systems. A little more local info on regional geology/ecology and activity recommendations in the rooms would also be a nice touch.
Also the fan light didn't work and the room would benefit from USB chargers, but these didn't really detract from a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location
On the day of arrival we were informed that the restaurant and beach club would be closed for our stay - it was decided that morning and not communicated.
It’s a beautiful isolated location, but you can’t enjoy it if you need to drive 30 mins one way looking for lunch and again in the evening for dinner again because there is nothing in the area and they decided the restaurant and beach club will be closed last minute for our entire stay. Disappointing as they shouldn’t sell it as a facility when you book it then. It’s not a cheap accomodation and definitely not a good price quality without a restaurant on site. They have room services (burger, ceaser salad and sandwich which you can buy AT A SURCHARGE!!! because it’s room service although you don’t have any other option)
