Amashi at the front desk and the rest of the team welcomed us and made sure our stay was a great one. The location is right on the beach with a restaurant on-site and the two rooms 204 & 205 we booked were spacious and clean.
Arrived in the middle of extreme winds strong enough to knock down a glass framed door on the first floor, but our needs as guests were attended to by the entire staff including the restaurant staff without an interruption. Since the restaurant area was getting battered by winds our dinner was prepared and served in our room and the taste and quality was on point.
Just wish our stay was longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Neevana Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
A special thank you for preparing fresh food for our baby free of charge—it was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated.
Highly recommend Neevana Hotel for their excellent hospitality. We look forward to staying again!
A couple of areas could be improved: the bathroom wasn’t fully covered, which felt a bit uncomfortable, and the room we received was different from the photos shown at the time of booking.

Nice Hotel would need lot of improvements, staffs are too good. Bed was nosiy whole night, dampness smell in the room. The washroom was too stinky
