Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.

A very comfortable house with great beds and the best hot tub and artwork I have experienced yet at a Sea Ranch home. Word to the wise: It had plenty of coffee filters in the pantry, so no need to buy them in Gualala!

We stayed in Seabbatical for about a week, which covered the full spectrum of extremely rainy to sunny weather. (One little roof leak was ongoing in one of the bedrooms and will likely be repaired soon.) The house was cozy and came fully equipped for us to wait out the bad weather with a mostly stocked kitchen, great TV setup, puzzles and board games, etc. When the weather brightened up, the house's location proved ideally situated for easy walking access to trails. We especially enjoyed the house's outdoor hot tub after a couple of long walks! Seabbatical is also very close to the 1, so just a short drive to other beaches, the Sea Ranch eateries, and more trails.

We have stayed in SeaRanch rentals for years, and this is our favorite small house so far. This is a lovely little (just right for two or three)cozy, and well designed cottage. Close to trail, VERY quiet and very comfortable. Very clean and appears to be brand new. Loved the unusual shower and appreciated the lighting design in the whole house. The simple, efficient decor contribute to a relaxing , peaceful stay.
