9 blocks from 16th street mall area. About 25-30 minute walk.
The unit air conditioning went from to hot to too cold. A minor inconvenience.

Bed was comfortable. I like the fireplace. It looks nice in photos.
Zero amenities. Honestly, it just feels like someone’s out to make a quick buck. There was not a fork, Spoon, napkin, teabag, access to purchase snacks, nothing. Just the bare minimum. Here’s a place to sleep and a towel. If you’re trying to be an Airbnb, you should be more thoughtful and put some thought and charm into what you’re offering a traveling guest. I don’t care about guitars on the wall.
