We were extremely happy with our stay, the room was very quaint and comfortable. The entire property is beautiful. My only complaint was how loud the surrounding neighborhood was, we heard people arguing around 2am, and we were woken up by extremely high bass rap around 7am.
I think the property is perfect, and extremely well priced. Like I said, the only off putting thing were the loud surrounding neighbors, which isnt your fault.

It was very comfortable and cozy. Loved having a private entrance! It felt very private without being isolated.
Free parking in the listing is a bit misleading - the parking was street parking only, and right out front is 2 hour max. We made it work, but I hated having to worry about it!
