チェックインにカナリ時間が掛かりました。
また急な予定での宿泊でしたので、夜の通路で1時間近く待たされて、更にお電話はずーっとホールドで音楽だけが鳴り続けた事40分😨

amazing value for the price. the team is extremely responsive - nearly immediately via text and phone. All inclusive furnished apartments for your stay. I was staying while I worked at a nearby hospital and it was absolutely perfect. very safe walkable area and the easiest check-in process ive every had.
the amenties definitely look shared (half empy bottles of soap, open detergent) and the common area furniture could have been deeper clean (noticeable stains) but nothing too crazy

Location is great and the room is excellent.
The shower is not good. This was our second stay and we were hoping they made a change but didn’t. The shower curtain is too short and flimsy and water goes all over the bathroom floor. Shower head is like a fine hard mist.

It was nice and quiet and in a fantastic location. I loved being able to grab a quick smoothie right down stairs too. The beds were comfy and you could change the thermostat to what ever temperature is comfortable for you. The kitchen had tons of cooking tools available which was lovely and a full sized fridge with a freezer and water/ice dispenser.
The hall ways were kept quite hot in my opinion. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels stocked for our stay so we had to go out and buy more.
