Great stay!
We loved our stay in this cute little suite. It’s located in a beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood that was quiet and felt very safe. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had.
It’s not a traditional hotel-style residence; it’s an owner-operated suite. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had plenty of supplies for our stay, including extra sheets, towels, hair dryer etc.
The location is great. It’s very close to Commercial Drive, with lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do, while being far enough away that it was still very quiet. By car it’s about 10 mins into downtown. There’s also a bike share and lime scooter station right by the house.
The suite is on the smaller side , but for having 2 separate sleeping areas, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher I think it’s great value, especially for groups. Note that one of the sleeping areas is a den without windows, and the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom.
No cons to mention. We would happily stay here again!

Le logement est très bien équipé (grand frigo, four, micro-onde, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle). Les lits sont confortables.
Bert est très sympathique, accueillant, et fait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Il nous a même prêté un parapluie 🌂 !
Tout était parfait. Le logement est un peu loin du sky train (30min de marche) mais on a un arrêt de bus à 500m qui nous emmène à Nainamo station où on peut prendre le sky train.

L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Vancouver. Il centro si raggiunge o solo con un autobus (che però attraversa un pessimo quartiere della città) o con bus più metropolitana. Struttura pulita.
L'appartamento si trova in un sottoscala di una tipica casa canadese. Le due stanze sono piccole ed una di queste è senza finestra. Essendo in due abbiamo utilizzato l'altro letto per appoggiare le valigie per mancanza di spazio. La porta di una delle camere urtava sempre la porta del bagno, in quanto il senso dell'apertura non era funzionale. Mi sarei aspettata una maggiore comprensione da parte del proprietario, in quanto, non avendo usufruito di una notte per la cancellazione del volo, avevo richiesto il rimborso anche parziale della notte non goduta. Il costo della struttura è alto, ma i prezzi degli alloggi a Vancouver sono alti ovunque.

Location - interesting neighborhood, with some good walkable restaurants & grocery. Having laundry facilities good! Some fun color and decor.
Couch and bed in “den” were very uncomfortable. Some details need more attention: no hand towels, no Kleenex, no hand bar in shower, sheets on
main bed were of questionable quality. Having bed against wall on one side is inconvenient for 2 people.
Other bed was not sleepable.
