The house on Miller St is large and comfortable, and very good for feeding a large group. The hosts were very responsive and everything went without a hitch.

Sarah and Mathew have done a great job on making this house a great place to stay. Quick to respond to any question or concerns. The house is in a fantastic location for eating out and getting around Vancouver

We stayed for three nights while in Vancouver for work. The home was clean upon arrival, and the beds were comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, which made for a good night's sleep. Communication and check-in were friendly and straightforward.That said, we felt the property was overpriced for its overall condition. While functional, the house appears quite dated and would benefit from some maintenance and updating. The kitchen and bathrooms showed noticeable wear, some areas felt a bit grimy despite being clean, the paint and finishes were tired, and the appliances were older than expected for a rental at this price point. A few windows were missing screens, and there was no air conditioning, which may be a consideration for summer stays.Overall, the home met our basic needs for a short work trip, but it did not reflect the standard or value we expected at this price point. Guests who prioritize cleanliness and comfortable beds may be satisfied, but those expecting a well-maintained or recently updated property should adjust their expectations.
