Great location, stunning views from the pool, stylish living room design. Parking available. Friendly staff. Air conditioning works well. Shower has good water pressure.
The price is very high, but there are some downsides. There aren't enough trash cans; for a large house, there are only small trash cans in the restrooms. Large trash cans are outside. The house has broken towel hooks and broken light fixtures, and some repairs are needed. The windows and mirrors are all dirty. There's a persistent smell of mold in the downstairs bedrooms. There's no hand soap in the bathroom, no disposable toothbrushes, no glasses or holders for your toothbrush and face wash. There are no pool towels; each person gets one towel, which you use in the shower and in the pool. There are no full-length mirrors. The pool is private, but it's hardly private; you're in full view of everyone. To the left is a small house where people sit and stare at you, and to the right is a construction site with builders constantly watching your pool. But most importantly, there's a security camera right next to the pool, so be careful! If all this is corrected, the rating will be ten!

We had a wunderful time in Khanom. Our host was increadibly nice and made our stay very special. He guided us to amasing places on extra trous in the region and showed us the wunderful night markets. The breakfast was amazing as well as the lovely staff from Khanom Kirin.
We had to leave after two weeks ;)

Ten pobyt był wyjątkowy pod każdym względem, jednak życzliwość i opiekuńczość Właściciela i jego rodziny przebiła wszystko. Dziękujemy, że mogliśmy spróbować lokalnych dań, czuć się bezpiecznie i spędzić fantastycznie chwile w Waszej willi.
Wszystko było tak jak być powinno.

Волшебно! Красиво! Вилла новая, находится в очень живописном месте. Бассейн собственный большой. Вокруг природа, очень тихо. Нет насекомых! Рядом ресторан и магазин. Очень приветливый хозяин который отвечает сразу. Эта вилла -лучшее,что мы видели в этом городе. Благодарим хозяина виллы и желаем ему процветания и всего самого лучшего. ♥️
В этом доме нет ничего, что могло б не понравится.
