Very friendly , helpful and pleasant housekeeper ( maria ) and very kind owner that offered us a bigger room with no extra payment . Very good location just a less than one minute from the pantheon and 5 minutes from the bus stations.
The bigger room was less decorative and modern, but was really very big and comfortable . The price was a little bit high .

Location was fabulous, modern snd clean with a lovely private terrace - adjacent to the pantheon and central for everything. Staff were very helpful, especially Maria. She booked our return taxis, gave us coffee and pastries in the mornings.
Would definitely stay here again and already recommended to family !

This place is literally a hidden gem within Rome. It’s located in a perfect location and had everything we needed while staying there with my family. Communication with the hotel was easy, extremely convenient and Mrs. Maria was the sweetest! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we return!

Location was perfect, rooms were clean and considering it's peak season, the price was great. Maria & Monica provided excellent croissants, coffee and cleaning.
No noise insulation, no Internet for first 2 days, 2 separate tenants entered our room with keys meant for their own rooms...and no free bottle of wine, which may have been a Booking.com thing!
