Superb location, comfortable beds, decent interior and good amount of space.
The key system didn’t bother me at all, but I see why it might feel difficult (for instance, it does require good mobile data service to download several videos).
The A/C tends to make strange loud noises during the night.
I was quite worried about waking up other guests, since going to the external bathroom creates a lot of noise (heavy doors, loud locks).
The stovetop in the kitchen area was not working. The kettle in my room was broken, too; hopefully it gets changed for other guests, because I didn’t see a kettle in the kitchen area.
By the way, the room has been sprayed with too much of air freshener – you might consider slowing down on it

The room was comfortable and clean, and the team were very good with communication - fast to reply and to help with questions.
It was incredibly loud - we could hear every single time another guest locked/unlocked and opened/closed their doors. This happened all night and early into the morning. We were woken up every time a door opened. It was almost like staying in a hostel.
