Really bad

Easy door key access.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very disappointing and clearly had not been cleaned before my arrival. It was extremely dirty and the condition was far below what was advertised and what I reasonably expected. This significantly affected my stay and I do not feel that I received the service I paid for. I have photos documenting the condition of the apartment that i am sharing.

Not a good value

Close to metro and restaurants, bars, modern

Not clean, not equipped with basics (paper towel, scrubbing sponge), neighborhood, barely can stop for seconds to drop off bags (no lobby and sis not get text to revive codes to get in, wife and daughter had to stay on sidewalk with luggage while I went to park in a very busy and narrow street)

Very frustrating experience all the way around, unclean and poor communication.

It was available ….

The cleanliness of the apartment. We had to wait to check in for it to be cleaned after being told that we could check in and leave our luggage. The apartment was not clean at all. Lack of communication from the owner and poor customer service all the way around.
