Da localização. Da casa que está muito bem renovada e com equipamento necessário para uma boa estadia.
Apesar da casa se encontrar razoavelmente limpa pode melhorar bastante se fosse dedicada mais atenção à limpeza de armários e utensílios de cozinha. A estrada em frente à casa é movimentada a partir das 5.30 / 6.00 horas.
