There was good communication prior to my stay with a photo of the parking space and the key code (the code was the same for the front door and my room) and worked smoothly.
Room (5) was large with the most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced and the room was exceptionally clean. Without wishing to stereotype, I feel that the design of the room has been female led! There were three mirrors and more importantly, numerous plug sockets in the right places (a particular bug bear for someone who spends much of their working life in hotels). And thank you for offering a decent hairdryer. There is a fridge, kettle and a sink with cloths and washing up liquid. There was a large table and chairs although I ate out both evenings. There are also many options in the lighting so I could work no problem in the evenings.
The en-suite was spotless and the shower was good with hot water.
I walked for 10/15 minutes to go to a restaurant of choice which was all on the flat.
Breakfast is not offered but I picked up some items from the Tesco Express which was in walking distance.
The free parking (reserved in advance) was a little tight but was a bonus and much appreciated. I didn't take advantage but there is a guest lounge downstairs with a toaster etc.
You don't meet any staff which may suit some people but as a weekday solo traveller, I quite enjoy the interaction at check-in and checkout! But I would still happily stay again.

Clean, almost central location.... a set of rooms with fridge and kettle. Everything went very smoothly.

My son and I stayed in room 6,a twin bedded room at the top of the house with a shared bathroom. Every little thing had been thought of for our stay. Everywhere and everything was beautifully clean. There was a useful information booklet that explained about the property and gave some information on the town
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

It was convent for me.
The room was not prepared for me from the last guest . I was unable to get a response from any one till the following day . I had no choice but to stay in the room as it was late. I was promised a refund for one night, not yet received
