Bed was very comfortable and goid facilities fir the price. Breakfast very good.
Staff were efficient but as a solo traveller they could have been more friendly.

great location. only a 5 minute drive to Windermere town centre. The staff were very helpful and polite. Nice big car park at the rear of the property. From our room it had great views of the fells. Nice choice of menu's.
we had to go downstairs and complain that the heating wasn't working in our room. Infact we complained 3 times and only solution was being given a small portable heater that was noisy and smelly. This happened on both nights we stayed there. The breakfasts were ok but I had the full breakfast on day one and it was over cooked. Day two I had an omlette and it was full for egg shell so it got left. No staff around to inform. we had a balcony and there was a toilet vent pipe on there which was giving out funky smells which wasn't good.
