Great position, friendly staff, lovely old furnishings.
Outside light flickered all night by bedroom window which showed around curtains all night. Annoying. Also I was expecting breakfast.

Great staff, helpful with storing our bicycles as we were on a cycling trip round Morecambe Bay. They even setup a projector in the back room so we could watch the England football match. Good food and beers. Shame we could not get breakfast but that was available in nearby Grange Over Sands.

Location was convenient just off the A590 , large car park & peaceful , nothing else around the hotel .
Steep steps up to room , bed was comfy but fixtures need attention , curtains hanging down , don’t close properly. Roll top bath was lovely but flooring needs attention . No were to hang towels . No mirror in bedroom to dry hair or get ready .
Concerned that same Key worked room and external door to property therefore would this work all rooms ???
No one around when left key on bar in the morning.
Food menu looked ok but didn’t eat as we were later arriving , busy pub with locals but ok atmosphere , music from downstairs is louder in the bathroom than in the bar area .
