This is our second year staying in this home. It is centrally located for us and our planned (a wedding) activities for a 12 day visit. The house is large and comfortable enough for four adults we had during our vacation. Wish the outside deck was a tad bigger to enjoy the beautiful weather we had, but was just big enough for our Adirondack chairs. The home could use some more stem wear (only 10 glasses total, no wine glasses). The bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished with top quality linens and mattresses. This house is a diamond in regards to price, cleanliness, host communication and location. We look forward to staying again in the near future. Thanks Jewel!!!

This house was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was the perfect location to explore the Fairbanks area.

Property was perfect for our northern lights bucket list trip. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do. The until was clean, well decorated and the mattress was so comfortable that we are planning on replacing our mattress at home. I loved how well-stocked the kitchen was as we opted to cook meals in several night.

We came to Fairnanks for bucket-list light chasing. This place was the perfect home base! We weren't interested in exploring the rather lacking restaurant scene so we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was so well stocked. It was perfect for cooking. Bed was so comfortable we are thinking about replacing our mattress at home. Everything in the home is well done and well-stocked. We would highly recommend this place. It was the perfect location to be close to everything in Fairbanks, but still out of the city to relax and take in nature.
