Great location huge rooms interesting hot tub. Wonderful staff. Street parking was easy just a big loop on small streets to come back if no parking on first try. Definitely recommend

We stayed for 3 nights and this property is amazing! Great location overlooking a little park and a close walk to all the downtown activities. We had a room on the ground floor (#2) that had a wonderful patio to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The breakfast had a nice selection of offerings, and the staff - specifically Gabriella- were so friendly and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Ponte Delgada.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. It is very conveniently located in the middle of the old city. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast was quite basic but everything was fresh and tasty. The rooms are very spacious with a good fridge that chills well. It was quite cool during our stay. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and both times we were the only ones there. Although it wouldn't fit more than 4 persons. The only downside was very dim lighting in the rooms. The central lighting fixture on the ceiling produced such bleak, dungeon-like lighting that we never even used it. We parked our car an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel at a large parking lot close to the botanical garden. I would recommend this hotel and stay again when in Ponta Delgada.

Our room (number 8) was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, and as we had an early flight at the end of our stay, a tasty picnic breakfast was left for us for our 6 am departure. The staff were all attentive and helpful, especially Lisja, who greeted us warmly for every breakfast.
