Easy to find and not far to the Eastington Park wedding venue
No lift to the higher floors and nobody there to help with my suitcase.
Would have preferred to have staff there to let us in rather than have the door code sent two days earlier.

The property was so clean and the staff very welcoming.
Big shout out to Kevin who served us breakfast, very helpful and welcoming.
Great coffee!
Easy Parking.
Nice having a garden area to sit in.
Although near M5 slept with window open and hardly heard traffic.
A little apprehensive doing everything online. But it did go smoothly.
Some older people who aren’t computer confident or even like my family member who would like to stay again, doesn't have a computer or smart phone, there was no leaflet for them to take to recommend the place to others or remind self of hotel details to book direct, if possible.

It’s nice to have a cafe below, but it was only open until 4pm.
We were attending a wedding the next day at Eastington Park so the location was very convenient.
The included breakfast in the cafe was just a hot drink a cake, pastry or a toasted sandwich
The bathrooms were rather disappointing and need refurbishing. There was only an overhead shower and no complimentary shower caps to keep my wife’s hair dry. Our bathroom smelt of drains.
It was very cold in the room when we arrived, but we were able to use an electric radiator before the central heating came on between 5 and 6pm.
