We chose this hotel for a one night stay during our trip to Greece. The location near the highway was an important criteria when I selected the hotel, together with the ability to book one room for all 4 of us, breakfast and parking being included. Practically in 5 minutes from the highway we reached the hotel. Very easy access when travelling from north to south.
The room had a king sized bed that was able to accommodate two adults and a 12 years old child, and a couch for my older daughter. The bathroom was big and modern.
The breakfast was simple: minimum necessary. But useful when you are in transit.
In front of the hotel, a little bit to the left, is the metro station that allows you to travel to the city center in maximum 20 minutes. Very easy access. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and still had time for a 2-3 hours walk in the heart of Sofia. You can pay at the metro directly by card, but take care that you cannot use the same card for multiple passengers.
There is a need for more attention or proactivity for the breakfast staff. Nothing critical, but there were moments when certain products were missing and there was nobody around to ask for refill.

Black-out curtains.
No kettle for making tea, but the staff did find a small kettle for us. But the electric sockets hidden under the desk made it inconvenient to use. No fridge. Just a bed for the night and a bathroom - It is NOT a boutique hotel - so the name is wrong.
