Walking distance to Termini Station and taxi stand made access super easy. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, grocery shopping options and scooter rentals all near by. Close enough to walk to Ancient Rome sites. Best of all was Ivana - she immediately responded to all queries, gave us heads up about the time change, and was very understanding when we had some really late night access issues. Highly recommend this location and owner.

We enjoyed our stay at Ivana’s apartment! It is centrally located in Rome where you can walk to everything! You can walk out the door of the apartment building and turn either way and be at the Metro in a matter of minutes. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Ivana was a gracious and kind host as she showed us around the apartment when we first arrived and she also showed us on the map how to walk to some of the sites. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed - we even used an umbrella provided one day. Having two full bathrooms was so nice also as it is hard to find an apartment that has that. The best treat of every morning was the espresso, juice, and the cookies that Ivana provided for us! We appreciated that so much! We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome as you will be so comfortable and so happy!

This apartment is excellent and fitted out better than most. We had an excellent stay for 4 nights in the heart of Rome. Ivana has set this up with everything you could want for a stay in Rome.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, within a 10 - 20 minutes walk to almost everything, and Ivana did a great job getting us situated. Uber rates between the apartment and main sights are reasonable. The apartment itself is huge, with lots of room to spread out for our family of three. We also find amenities such as the washer and dryer very convenient, so are the heaters at this time of the year. Will recommend!

We stayed here while visiting Rome and getting married. The apartment is in a great location, close to train station, shops and restaurants. Ivana is a gracious host and provided many tips and suggestions. We appreciate her kindness and welcoming home.

The apartment offered every convenience imaginable, including W/D, Nespresso coffeemaker (with pods), and very comfortable beds. The only slight downside was no real sofa in the LR (in one BR only). We would definitely return.

From the time Ivana met us at the door 'til the time we left, we felt at home in this lovely apartment. It had all the amenities we could want and was close to everything we needed. Excellent restaurants, little grocery stores, the train station and hop on hop off bus stop. Thank you Ivana!

Gorgeous appartement at walkable distance from the Roma Termini station. Great location as most landmarks are also at walkable distance (like Colosseum and Trevi Foutain) and there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping options nearby. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a blast, as the apartment is well equipped and the owner is really welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The best place we stayed at during our trip to Italy, definitely recommended !

We loved this apartment & the size of it was perfect for us. It’s well equipped & Ivana the owner was always helpful. It was also great having a washer & dryer especially with the very hot weather & with so much walking & sweating, we needed them! And loved having 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. Beds were comfortable too. Ivana and her beautiful apartment made our stay in Rome so delightful. Ivana was helpful and instantly responsive to our questions. She met us at the apartment upon arrival, gave us helpful tips while we were in Rome and arranged a van for our return to the airport. Molto gentile! The apartment is lovely and very nicely furnished. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in the historic city center. For a day trip to Florence, Termini train station is close by in the neighborhood. This will be my first choice for any future trips to Rome.

We really enjoyed staying at Obama's apartment which is stunning. The location is brilliant and walking distance to many sights, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately on our last night there was a party in the building which was very loud and went on until the early hours of the morning so we only got a few hours sleep before our flight back to Australia, obviously this was not Ivana's fault but did spoil our last night. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

We had such a nice stay at this really lovely apartment. Ivana was very warm and friendly. She left us a list of restaurants in the neighborhood along with addresses and phone numbers. She explained where we were and how to get to where we were going. Besides being a really cool place to stay, it is also conveniently located to so many sights. Ivana offered snacks and beverages for our stay which saved us a trip to the market. Rome is fantastic and Ivana made it more so. She was very hospitable. We are so thankful to her for adding to a memorable vacation. Thank you Ivana for your wonderful hospitality.

I recently stayed in here for about a week during my trip to Rome. I would give this 10 stars if I could! First off, the place itself is great. You essentially have the entire floor of the building to yourself so it is extremely private. It is very secure with locked access to the building itself and then to the apartment itself. The building is old and historic but the apartment is fresh and modern. I loved the 200 year old fresco on the ceiling of the main bedroom! The place is spacious and well appointed. The laundry was super convenient to have inside the unit. Everything I needed and more was available when I arrived. Second, the location is amazing. To be able to sit on the balcony, have a cup of espresso in the morning and look out at the Papal Basilica was amazing. I walked everywhere during my trip and this apartment was a convenient jumping off point to anywhere I wanted to go. The train station is only 5 minutes away. It was a 7 minute walk to the Forum, about 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps. There are metro stations close by. I really felt like I was in the heart of Rome and it was awesome! There are great restaurants, markets and about 6 gelato shops all within minutes of the apartment. The food was amazing. My host Ivana was extremely friendly and welcoming. She gave me a full walk through of the apartment but also has on the wall a map of Rome with some of the highlights shown. It was so helpful when getting my bearings in a new city. She offered some tips on great restaurants and could not have been a better welcome to the city. I loved my stay and I sincerely hope my adventures will bring me back to Rome where I would love to come and stay here again! Absolutely fantastic!!
