The staff above all. Very attentive to guest requests especially Tamina who went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable.
We had a rough start since we arrived late in the night but all our concerns were addressed.

Property is amazing, neat , friendly staff, delicious food. I had the best stay and I’d definitely be going back, it’s the best place to stay if you appreciate serenity, peace and quiet

I loved the ocean facing room.

The views are nice and the building is clean and very big. Staff were kind.
There was no hot water even after they “turned” on the “heater”. Staff were a bit incompetent, lacked professionalism in dealing with issues. The food was nice but expensive(I cannot say the same for the cocktails - passion mojito was actually just passion Juice maybe with rum), however they took two hours to prepare our request and we were the only guests. Breakfast was good but very few options and was not buffet. Time indicated for breakfast not true.
