THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS VERY RUNDOWN AND FELT UNSAFE. I WASN'T COMFORTABLE PARKING MY CAR THERE AT ALL! THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN, BUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WAS RUNDOWN, SMELLY, DIRTY, ELECTRICAL WIRES HANGING OUT, AND BATHROOM OUTLETS HANGING OUT OF THE WALLS AND BARELY USABLE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Tried to scam us with a $100 cash deposit, dirty, and ice machine broken, no access to clean water. Broken toilet and broken TV.

This hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at in my 52 years of living horrible horrible the room was terrible the bed terrible filthy don't stay here and the price come on $160 bucks for this crap motel I guess doesn't get you anything anymore horrible horrible horrible

Hotel was OK for one night stand if one have early flight from Seattle Airport. What was disappointing, that Expedia sent confirmation price for $104 per night, but at checkout hotel charged me $110.

Nothing at all

carpet had sticky spills on it, dirty all over, turned the soles of my socks black. there was a hole kicked in the bathroom door, unrepaired. there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room - seemed like it might be coming from the AC unit itself. I opened the windows and borrowed a fan from the manager to pull fresh air in and it was okay after a day.

The room had filthy stained carpet and there was damage everywhere, nothing worked except the TV, and the property was dirty with razor wire around the perimeter! Staff were nice

You get what you pay for, or don't pay for rather! Bed is hard, wifi wouldn't work. Wifi not working really sucked because we're from Canada and everyone but me had they're phone on airplane mode

This place looks look a dive you’d see where prostitutes get taken to! Everything is damaged. There was literally a hole kicked in our bathroom door! The desk drawer hanging sideways. The lamp hanging sideways. Half a headboard. Stained dirty chairs.

We did not even get a key or key card to our room. The manager let us into her room and then left. There were bare wires hanging out where the receptacle should be in the bathroom there were bare lightbulbs hanging off of the walls there were cigarette burns all over the marble in the bathroom the safety lock on the door was totally ripped off. Worst room I’ve stayed in in my 76 years of life.

I think this place was okay. Not great. We did not spend time in the room. It was only to sleep. It just felt old and run down. Walks were very thin, you can hear kids playing/crying. Etc. I think it should be a lot cheaper than what they charge.

This place is absolutely disgusting. If there were some kind of award for “most likely to find a dead body on property” this place would win it. The staff probably wouldn’t even care if there was a dead body in the hallway, they’d just walk around it and ignore it. The “amenities” listed shows coffee pot in room…there isn’t (I have to say that because it’s listed and it’s a lie, so it will Be part of the chargeback Hotels.com is about to receive). The room I stayed in was a single bed, with cigarette burns in the comforter (and every other surface, including the bath tub). There was a missing lamp shade. The carpet wasn’t secured, and the baseboard carpet was falling over. Nail heads sticking out all over the walls. The carpet leading into the bathroom was covered in duct tape. The AC unit was missing dials and unusable. The hallway on the second floor had a leaky ice machine that left people walking through a swampy carpet with the floor dipping so you know they’ve never tried fixing it. There was also a piece of wood hanging off the wall with exposed nails as well. The place is trash. Code enforcement should pay them a visit. Now that I think of it, I’ll be sending them a full report as well. Hotels.com was nice enough to give me a $44 credit, but that’s not going to cut it. The owners of this property have no shame, and hotels.com should be embarrassed to even list this property on their website. I will not stop until I get every dime back from this stay.

Nice welcoming front desk. Need to fix the shower handle , the electrical plugs in the shower and the fan, fix the carpet going into the shower.

We were very disapointed with this place. It was dirty. It smelt bad. I would not stay there agsin.

The room was really dirty

This is such an awful hotel. The elevator had graffiti on it. The plug ins in the room weren’t working. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The chairs in the room looked like they were almost worn all the way through. It was a bad place to stay.

People were already staying in the room we were given. Replacement room was not as nice. Front desk person was helpful and kind. Appreciated his assistance, however the new room was missing a tv remote and dirty/stained sheets.

First room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke in spite of no smoking signs everywhere. 2nd room was fine but fixtures were all broken. Would not stay again.

The room was clean but there's holes in the wall door the front door you have to pickup the door to make it close but the hotel was very quiet the TV didnt have any volume control

booked 2 months in advanced but was given a room that has faulty door, no keys, filthy carpet oily dirty and smelly broken tv and has no wifi and has no electrical sockets

The first room that was given to us smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Another room was shown to us and the deadbolt lock did not work. The room that we stayed in did not have a working toilet or shower. A repair person was called to fix the toilet, but did not arrive when we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel.

For the price . Is a good hotel

price was ok, service was not good was just regular, room was very old and crapy, no tv in the room, very old furniture, ripped chairs and beds were old , not stable, needs a renovation, parking lot scary at night, needs more lighting and somo sort of security, is wide opened to anyone that could steal any car...

Where do I start. I booked a 2 queen bed room and the front desk person tried to give me 1 queen bed for my niece and I. I said absolutely no, then he proceeded to tell me “well the rooms with 2 queen beds have no working tv’s.”

There was cigarette burns on the bed spread. The people in the rooms down the halls were yelling at all hours about getting their phone back. The tv had been removed from our room but the cords had been left in the tv stand. There was black mold on the ceiling. If we werent leaving for the air port 5 hours later we would not have even stayed

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I am still fighting to get my money back. No hot water. Drug addicts harassed us in the parking lot for fentanyl. Holes in the wall. Smelled like piss. No pillow cases. Nasty bedding. Blood on the table / floor. Room smelled heavy of cigarettes.

The whole property needs a facelift it looks very rundown. The front lobby was dirty, the elevator was dirty with unknown marks and drip makes on the walls (don’t touch anything) and in the rooms were even more nasty. There were also unknown drip marks on the walls, including what could be boogers, a squished spider and the floor look like somebody had been murdered and looked like blood stains. There was no hot water to take a shower and when I went to the desk to tell them they told me that they had to flip a switch to turn the hot water on and that it had to be requested. Also the towels had stains and the floor bath mat looked like someone used it to clean pee.

This was one of the worst Econo Lodge's I ever stayed at. Outside was dirty and people were working on their cars in the lot. The room needed an upgrade. Worn rug all over the place, no space outlets any where, The desk chairs look like they came straight from the dump, all worn out and ripped. It took over two hours to get the TV to work because of loose wires. It just wasn't worth the money we paid.
