Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available upon request at an additional cost of $400 per month.
