Situated on a large lot, this property boasts 100 feet of dockage, providing ample space for water enthusiasts to dock their boats and embark on aquatic adventures. The primary suite is a haven of comfort, featuring a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and a day bed with trundle. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally inviting and outfitted with two queen beds each to ensure a restful night's sleep for all.
The living area is generously spacious, providing a comfortable setting for socializing and relaxation. Step outside to the covered porch, where you can unwind amidst the beauty of the natural surroundings. This vacation rental seamlessly combines convenience and luxury for a truly rejuvenating stay.

The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available upon request at an additional cost of $400 per month.

Our stay at Hellenga Haven was an overall delightful experience. The house has a large open floorplan with plenty of room with comfortable furniture for large family gatherings. All the bedrooms had high quality beds and linens that will guarantee a good night sleep for all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare your favorite gourmet meal. The large screened in porch had big cushy chairs to help ensure that everyone could sit and enjoy the spectacular view of the water together. The beautiful property was spacious enough to accommodate several cars and a boat. The pool and surrounding area is an added bonus with plenty of space for everyone whether you prefer the sun, or shade. Karen, the property manager made sure our experience was the best it could be. She was always to available to answer any questions and any issue we had was taken care of immediately. Thank You...Karen !!!
