There is a large balcony on the 2nd floor perfect for a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. The upstairs living area has a large L shape couch for everyone to watch TV on the Large 65" TV. Note: This is a desirable beach property. There might be some common wear and tear but everything is in good working condition. Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and use professional guest services to manage our home while we are away. Please access our home via keypad entry or smart app access. We will text your keypad code before your scheduled stay along with the August app access invite. Smart App is the easiest way to access and lock the home, but we also have a keypad if you do not have a Smart Phone. There are three parking spots on the driveway and ample street parking available.
