Meg, the host, did everything she could to make us feel welcome. In addition, the property was really spacious and easily accommodates up to 12 people. The hot tub and the games room were a hit with younger members of our group.

Sykes, the intermediate agent, between the host and booking.com was very poor. It was impossible to communicate with them by message or phone. All messages sent to them were responded with an automated response.

Beautifully presented property. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Owner was friendly and responsive.

Absolutely perfect! We had the most incredible stay at Nempnett Farmhouse. We really appreciated the generous touches throughout the property - from the bottle of bubbles waiting for us on arrival (as we’d just got married the day before!) to the little extras like chocolates left on the beds. The hot tub was a definite highlight and made for the perfect way to unwind after a big day of celebrations. From start to finish, the host’s communication was warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful. Check-in was seamless and the house itself was absolutely stunning - spacious, beautifully kept and super clean. The setting was peaceful and picturesque with a view of the lake from the garden. There was also ample parking, which made everything even easier for a family gathering like ours. It genuinely felt like everything had been thought of. This place was just perfect for a special family celebration - relaxing, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details! Loved it!
