Summary: Nestled in the heart of Greenwich Village, this one-of-a-kind, sun-drenched penthouse unit offers truly exceptional accommodations in the best area in NYC. Complete with 1,700+ SQFT of interior living space and over 2,000 SQFT of private outdoor space, this Village loft features oversized windows and a skylight, extra-high ceilings, designer furniture, and more. Situated on the corner of West 3rd St. and Thompson St., this penthouse loft is just steps from Washington Square Park. The Space: This unit features an enormous, 3-level garden terrace that collectively comprises over 2,000 SQFT with hundreds of different plant varieties. As one of just four units in the building, this loft offers loads of Village charm while affording guests a private oasis to escape from the bustle of New York City. This penthouse loft offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an enormous solarium kitchen and dining area, a washer-dryer, and more. Complete with blazing fast wifi, home office setups, and ample closet space, this home is equipped for long-term living. Guest Access: For longer stays, the home can be customized to meet your preferences (e.g., crib added, additional furniture installed or removed, art swapped out, etc) — inquire to learn more. On-demand housekeeping is available, and pets are allowed for an additional fee. As a reminder, smoking is prohibited on the property. Please note that this is a non-elevator building and guests will be required to climb a few sets of stairs to access the unit. Other Things to Note: Regular garden and landscaping service is included at no additional charge. Guests will have access to the entire property.
