No exceptions. * No indoor or outdoor parties or events of any kind. Guests who are found having more people over and above the number of guests booked staying overnight without host approval may be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. * Parents and/or guardians of children are fully responsible of following pool/hot tub & backyard rules; and monitoring children at all times in this area during guest stay. * Quiet Hours: 9P to 8A. However, as to not disturb the neighbors, pool, hot tub and trampoline use are restricted ONLY from 8AM to 9PM. * For the health and safety of guests both present and future, there is absolutely NO breakable glass or dishware allowed in the backyard area; and NO smoking of any kind inside the house.
