I had an excellent stay at the Saja Makkah Hotel.
The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and well-equipped.
A huge thank you to Ms. Amira, who was extremely professional in assigning us a room tailored to our request and right on time.
Special thanks as well to the luggage staff—Ayaz Ali, Rayan Zekir, Hussin Muhammad, and Abdulaziz—as well as the housekeepers. To request housekeeping, you simply dial 0 from the room phone; the cleaning team is very prompt, efficient, and trustworthy.
It was an experience I would gladly repeat without hesitation, made even better by the smooth transport system to the Haram.

The only downside was being directed by safety authorities toward Ibrahim Al Khalil Street to access the Haram before each prayer.

Amazing stay. Gave us late check-out and were kind enough to store our luggage after we checked out so we could go Haram as our train was later that day.
Shuttle as always was quick and convenient.
Special mention to the reception team and the bellman team who took care of us. Ayaz Ali, Rayan Hussain and Abdul aziz.

Buses to Haram
Large kitchen with fridge and microwave
Actually the every 5 minute buses doesn't drop you in Haram , it drops you far in the station behind the clock tower and from there it's a 15 minutes fast walk underground and climb up a steep stairs to reach outside Haram
Another minor disadvantage:
No room service after 10, not even coffee
Even if you want to use Taxi it will take a long way to get back to the hotel unlike the location shows.
No telephone was working I used my mobile to call reception
All: TV Channels were blurred no one fixed it
We hoped the staff could be more attentive to guest needs
