I liked the room and the fact that the shuttle always stopped directly infront of the hotel
Nothing really. I would have liked a handwash and facewash instead of a soap though

Room was clean and well organized and the location is superb yo reach Al haram
At first the reception refused to try the confirmation number the we got but then his colleague tried it and we checked in

Loved our stay! The person at reception ( not sure abt his name)was so welcoming, and Bilal who helped with our luggage was extremely supportive. Small gestures like this make a big difference. Highly recommend!"
