It's a great home to stay for a vacation in Rome! We stayed here for one week ( August) and everything went so smooth. Everything in the description and amenities of the house is true! It has all we need for a one week stay.The location is superb! Everyday we walked to all the locations we want to visit . It's very quiet in the evening. The aircon was really a big help to a hot weather outside after a long sightseeing. Walking distance also for good gelato, pizza , tiramisu and more restaurants . Grocery store and bus stop also near.
It's in the second floor without a lift but it's not a problem at all. The stairs is not steep.
About the check in and opening the apartment was easy to follow. Just read and review the instruction and you will get it right away. Important is you have internet connection.

De airco deed het zeer matig, daardoor echt te warm om goed te kunnen slapen.
Wifi deed het niet ( zgn vanwege bouwwerkzaamheden een eind verderop)

Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique. L'hôte est disponible et répond rapidement. J'ai pu déposer mes bagages à l'avance pour ne pas être encombrée.
Le logement est grand, propre, très bien équipée. Le lit est très confortable. Malgré la localisation centrale, le logement reste calme. Tout le nécessaire est disponible: café, thé, épices, bouteille de vin de bienvenue, shampoing, savon, ...
La clim mériterait d'être un peu plus fraîche, surtout en période de canicule. Mais ça reste une question de confort. Une notice serait pas mal.

Amazing location. Friendly and helpful host. Large kitchenette and dining/living area to relax in. Very clean and spacious and a beautiful coffee machine with lots of inclusions such as water and coffee.
Unfortunately it wasn’t baby friendly- the bedroom is up a thin spiral staircase and in the heat (unlucky timing but Europe was having a heatwave) it is very hot and uncomfortable, even with the air conditioner running.
