Very comfortable beds!

Unit is fully stocked with linens, towels and kitchen utensils.
Luxury is the adjective used to describe this unit in the rental listing and it is loosely used.
The glass door in the main hallway is cracked and broken - real rough looking.
There is a large hole in the wall by the front door.
The couch is broken and only reclines on one side.
The sauna wouldn’t stay on - not working.
There are 14 total steps to get to the unit - NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY!
The pictures to this rental show many pool options both indoor and outdoor. That is not the case with this rental - there is only access to the indoor pool at the hotel with all the hotel guests. Very misleading! And even though it states it in the listing, there is no pool at the unit either.
No central air but has old wall units that struggle to cool the main area. So it was stuffy!
Cleaned quickly so carpets still dirty with dead bugs by the air conditioners and we waited 30 minutes after check in for our unit to be finished cleaning.
