This apartment is very very secure. It is on the 29th floor with good security. Very clean. Very well equipped. Very secure parking arrangements. Great and responsive communication from the host. Lots of cooking supplies/condiments provided. It is in a Good location right near Gastown clock on the upside of Gastown. The host also provided us with a very welcome ‘late checkout’ which was very much appreciated.
The unit is only a block or so away from a problematic area. You’re absolutely fine and safe staying here, so don’t let this comment put you off! - just know what direction ‘not’ to walk - ie - not toward downtown eastside - E Hastings st if you’re confronted by homelessness and open drug use. Would I stay again? Personally I’d find something more toward Coal Harbour and Stanley Park end - but that’s just me.

개스타운 인근에 위치해 캐나다플레이스가 가깝고 시버스 터미널과 가까워 이동이 편리했음
호스트는 에어컨에 대한 점검이 필요합니다. 일반적인 에어컨이 아니라 창문형 에어컨이라 서늘한 저녁에 거실 창문을 열 수 없고 낮시간동안의 열기가 가득차 오히려 에어컨이 없는 것이 나을 것 같습니다. 그리고 에어컨을 켜면 작동시 소음이 너무 커서 밤에는 잠을 이룰 수가 없었어요. 창문을 열 수 없으니 에어컨을 켜야만 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도로 실내가 덥습니다. 그런데 에어컨을 켜며 시끄러운 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었어요. 그리고 필터점검 표시등에 불이 들어와 있어 에어컨 바람이 지저분하게 느껴졌어요. 이 숙소는 여름에 이용하기 좋지 않았어요.
