The bed was extremely comfortable, jakuzzi was great, the room was very clean, the staff really kind and helpful. Easy to approach with car, free parking available, 2 minute walk to the center.

It was close to town and in walking ditto Open Air Museum . Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from
Room number 1 has the bathroom downstairs, I would not recommend for older folks.

O lugar é excelente! Camas confortáveis, lençóis e travesseiros de excelente qualidade. Roupão de banho no quarto. Boa iluminação no quarto e banheiro. Próximo ao centrinho (cerca de 10-15 minutos de caminhada). Tem um rooftop para ver o nascer do sol. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Precisamos estender a estadia, pois nosso voo era às 22h, e nos foi ofertado um adicional no valor que achamos bem honesto.
O café da manhã poderia ser servido uns trinta minutos antes, considerando que a maioria das pessoas está lá para ver o nascer do sol. A piscina... é gelada (em setembro). Mas nada disso desqualifica o hotel.

I want to make this review all about the receptionist Özge! She was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!
The basement room had no windows, no natural daylight & no real ventilation - which is not good! I voiced my complaint about this to Özge & she done everything she could to accommodate & move me room & make sure I was more comfortable. She was just the kindest person, always happy to make time to have a chat. I am so grateful for how pro active she was for moving my room when I explained to her that I was not happy in the basement room & I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart, because I will never forget that!
