Best hotel of our lives! Wonderful design, and all the staff goes above and beyond and tries to help everyone they encounter. Couldn’t recommend it any higher!

The room service was very friendly and they always had cute ideas to decorate our bed. They also cleaned the room to the best of their ability. One female receptionist out of all the receptionists we met during our stay was friendly and helpful. The food was okay. Dinner there is really recommendable. But you can eat dinner there without staying at the hotel.
This is a hotel solely for fake instagram pictures and not for honest and actual relaxation. So many spots are nice photo ops but really impractical and not thought through to use. This was recommended by influencers and I understand why.
The prices are exorbitant (double or three times higher than outside of the hotel or even at other luxury hotels we were staying at).
The staff of the hotel was very unhelpful and unfriendly (EXCEPT for the room service guys). The restaurant staff was trying their best but it seemed that it was everyone's first day, every day (Except for the chefs and the barista).
The rooms are not designed with the user in mind. Toilet has a glass door and a mirror placed next to the toilet so even when you're not looking at the toilet you can see the person sitting there. The toilet is also open, so you can get the full experience....
Whenever the kitchen staff was cleaning the kitchen (we presume) we heard loud noises in the bathroom from the water running through the pipes for half an hour every evening.
We ordered flowers for the bathtub but huge insects had flown to the flowers and it was not possible to go bathing. The decorative flowers on the water were also not removed by the staff and we had to remove them the next day ourselves before we could take a bath. And one had to remove the flowers if one wanted to take a bath because of the bugs.
Before stepping into the bathtub you expose yourself to the neighbors (not hotel guests but farmers) who have a perfect view to you standing there naked.
Before stepping into the bathtub you also have to wat through heavily treated chlorine water that you share with the neighboring rooms.
The shuttle service (e.g. to airport) was priced TENFOLD of what you pay on all the other services - even a private driver that drives us around all day was cheaper.
The hotel has prices for different shisha smoke tastes and advertises their shisha offer strongly.
The pool was not very welcoming.
