This cozy home has 2 comfy boho style bedrooms decorated for comfort and good sleep, and 1 clean full bathroom. 1 queen sofa bed as well for xtra guests! Large spacious family room ideal for entertaining and socializing in, and Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu for your viewing pleasure. We have off street parking for your car's safety. Our living room has cathedral ceilings, rocking & swivel chairs, ottomans. In the main bedroom, we have a floating egg chair for you to hang out and read a nice book in! Sleep next to the cozy electric fire place. Our second bedroom has a plant wall for your breathing pleasure - sleep and wake up to a view of nature. Chico's Bidwell Park is known for it's lush vibrating beauty in nature, so we wanted to bring the outside inside with our home's plant walls. We have a 4K TV with Netflix, Hulu, & Disney+! Check-in instructions include a unique key code to enter the home. You will receive your code promptly at 3pm PST the day that you check in. Kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, sugar, salt and pepper, 20 different spices. We have a dining table with placemats and many coasters. Please use the coasters as it stains our furniture. A desk is available in the master bedroom to get work done. We are on the roadside so there is traffic noise If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to message me Stone's throw away to nearby parks, coffee shops, brunch spots and coop grocery stores. Close to downtown main street and college campus, where there are tons of restaurants and shops for you to explore. Close to Sierra Nevada Brewery. The house is in a high traffic neighborhood that is very safe and popular. 2 minutes away to grab a coffee at Has Bean's (Golden Bean Champion) 5 minutes walking to lush Bidwell Park (watch all the joggers in the morning) 10 minutes walking to Beatnik's for the best brunch in town 15 minutes walking to a Coop 5 minute drive to downtown or Sierra Nevada Brewery No smoking inside the house, please be at least 10 feet from the home if smoking. Our neighborhood does have lots of leaves, so don't throw cigarette butts outside since that is how fires start. Instead, please put them out and then promptly in the trash. Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave! Please note: The oven is currently out of order, and we are awaiting a professional technician for repairs. * No shoes in the house * No smoking in the house or within 10 feet of the property. Please clean up all cigarette butts. If there is a smell of smoke in the home, we will be asking you to pay for the extra cleaning, up to $250 * Once your stay is done please bag up any trash and put rinsed dishes in the dishwasher :) * No guests under 25
