The best part of our stay was all the staff even the night girl we didn't see much of. Brittany eric, Jason Savanah and Savanahs crew make a wonderful team and do what they can for every individual they deal with. They do what they can to make sure your able to stay. I couldn't ask for a better place to spend my time during this unfortunate time in our lives.
I didn't like booking with hopper. They sucked

The price was great. The location was convenient for downtown and CSU Chico access. The clientele was what you might expect from a low-priced accommodation, but the staff was very friendly and courteous. May not be the best for children or elderly, given the homeless population and questionable characters in the vicinity. As a capable man, I felt comfortable and safe.
The homeless population in the area and a few of the fellow guests may make one uncomfortable. I was not approached or hassled, but I am capable of handling such scenarios, so I felt comfortable.
