La ubicación.
El ascensor estaba sin funcionar porque alguien dejó la puerta abierta arriba. Tuvimos que subir por escaleras con bolsas y cansancio, precisamente el motivo de reservar fue que tenia ascensor... Alguien debería cuidado ese detalle o monitorearlo se vez en cuando en cámaras.
También al llegar no funcionaba el mini bar, el cual cambiado por otro.

The location was brilliant, the room was a good size and the aircon was efficient.
There were no cups with the kettle. No point providing a kettle without a means of drinking something! The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no lighting outside the flat at night time which was dangerous in the corridors. There was no bin in the bedroom.The safe didn’t work as it was broken.
