The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious
I would have liked for there to be a small fridge

Amazing location amongst all cafes and walk to all sites...
AC wasn't working and when we opened the window it almost fell off the hinges...tons of steps elevator not working. Difficult check in instructions

All good, got instructions on WhatsApp how to get in. Very central area close to everything.

The location is close to the Colosseum and Rome’s ancient historical sites. The housekeeping staff were friendly.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the room looked nothing like the photos shown on the website. We contacted the person in charge, who told us that nothing could be done at that point and that they could only look into the matter the following day.
The next day, we were offered a different room that did match the website photos. However, all our requests for compensation for the day wasted dealing with the room change, as well as the inconvenience and distress caused, were completely ignored.
The replacement room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled of damp and mildew, and the water pressure from the taps was extremely weak.
Overall, a disappointing experience. We would not recommend staying here.
