Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Kaffee gratis.

The room is cozy and clean and the location is fine, it’s near to the Termini station. On the other hand, we asked for an additional blanket and they couldn’t provide it to us. Also, the WiFi connection doesn’t work in most of the time and in the last day there wasn’t hot water in the shower. We were not advised about it.
