Don't miss your opportunity to experience the best of coastal living. Guest Access: You’ll have the entire house to yourself for the duration of your stay. The Neighborhood: Staying in the heart of Malibu right off the PCH you’ll be a short drive from some of our favorite local spots. Close to Paradise Cove, Point Dume, and Zuma Beach you will have many options to explore and spend the day. You will be a 10 minute drive away from Malibu Country Mart where you will be met with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. Getting Around: PARKING: There are 2 parking spaces available in the garage. You must enter the house and use the garage fob provided to open the garage from the outside The garage size is 22' wide x 22' tall. Note: There is no driveway. There is additional street parking allowed in front of the house. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles. Other Things to Note: **IMPORTANT:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. **PLEASE NOTE:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. FAMILY & PETS: We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information. EXTRA GUESTS: Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count. POOL RULES: The pool is located in the center of the complex and available to all residents of the complex. You have to use the key fob provided to enter the pool area. The pool hours are 8am-10pm. VENDORS: Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home, yard, pool, and spa. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping, pool, and spa service is on Friday or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. RESPECT: There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. SOUND SYSTEM: The Sonos sound system throughout the home has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay to help comply with and enforce county ordinances and regulations. CHERISH: Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem. CLEANING: Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding! PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS: If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed! WILDLIFE: You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children. FIRE ZONE: Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. BACKYARD FENCING: While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Canyon critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat. EV CHARGER: There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located on the other side of the PCH near the building entrance.
