The building has a few full time tenants, as well as other short term rental units. The property is gated and we ask that everyone keeps gates closed and locked. The apartment is downtown, so there is downtown noise and downtown activity. It's one flight of stairs to the front door.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a ceiling fan, a full kitchen, and one bathroom. The living room is large with a dining table as well as bar seating over the kitchen. There is a smart TV with Spectrum service. The internet is fast, also through Spectrum.
Again we are downtown, with downtown noise and downtown life.

Bugs are known to be everywhere in Hawaii. We do what we can with regular maintenance, but they are quick and catch rides with peoples bags and boxes, even in rental cars... and then they are in. We try hard to keep them out or get rid of them if they get in.
