Newly renovated second floor end unit, almost everything is NEW, with vaulted ceiling, garden/pond view, across from Waiakea Pond and Wailoa River State Park. Nice walk or drive 1 mile to beach park, downtown Hilo and Farmers Market for Hawaii's best local products. Just 2 miles to Hilo Airport (ITO), 40 min to Volcanoes National Park, 1 hour to Mauna Kea and 1.5 hours to Kona Airport (KOA). Explore nearby Rainbow & Akaka Falls, Boiling Pots, Liliuokalani & Tropical Botanical Gardens.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Hilo. The unit was exceptionally very well maintained, very clean, organized, family-friendly and clearly cared for, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was a huge highlight, offering easy access to some of the Big Island’s most iconic spots like Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Punaluu Beach and the unique green sand & black sand and Carlsmith beach experiences.Another big plus was the short distance (about five minutes) to Hilo International Airport, making both arrival and departure very convenient. Major stores like Walmart, Safeway, and Target were also just a quick five-minute drive away. The condo’s balcony was the perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee, listening to birds and hens while enjoying the tropical garden views.The owner, Ming Hu, was easy to reach, very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The condo featured comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, making it convenient to prepare meals if desired. Overall, it offered an excellent balance of comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility, making it a perfect home base for exploring the natural beauty of Hilo and the Big Island.

Its just like the pictures- efficient, clean, great location to getting around Hilo. Lots of local wildlife just off your balcony too!

No it was dusty but it had cleaning tool and we just need a place to clean up and sleep. It was close too lot of the place that we need to go so that made it a 4 star

This was a great place to stay in Hilo. It is centrally located, so access to anywhere was a reasonable distance. Just wish it had a centrally located AC unit rather than just a bedroom one. Air was hard to circulate. Definitely hope to stay again! Mahalo!!
