Good clean and well equipped.
Nice and close to town enter and key facilities
Was perfect for me, but if you had mobility issues you might struggle with the raised bed. ( I enjoyed it though)

Like staying at your trendy mate's place in the city! Loved staying here, such a homely studio in a perfect location and amazing value for money. The place has everything you need, handy to have toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget anything, and well-stocked kitchen with all you'd need for a longer stay. Heating worked well and made the place even more cosy. Would absolutely love to stay again.
Was not a problem for me at all, but be mindful it's a loft bed so might not be suited for sleepers/couples who fear they might fall off the edge!

I liked the location of the property. Although it is not bang in the city centre, it is only around 4 or 5 minutes walking and this is actually a great thing. It is close enough without having lots of drunk, loud ...... Annoying people around the property until all hours of the morning. It is also right next to the newest and best shopping centre in Aberdeen, Union Square and also literally 2 minutes walk to the harbour where there are several very impressive ships docked. Great seeing these up close if you find this sort of thing interesting..... Like me lol. It is right next to the bus and train stations and has loads of chilled and trendy bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes walking distance. No need for taxis or buses whilst staying here. The price is unreal for this property. Value for money in spade loads. I stayed for two nights weekend just past and just Loved it.

Great little kitchen area with oven, microwave etc, very well equpped. NIce shower room too.
The bed is a loft bed above a storage area close to the ceiling, with no barrier so sleeping there felt unsafe. There was a dead houseplant hanging from the ceiling, but the worst thing was that the main window was boarded up which made the place feel truly depressing.
