The property was overall good. Very clean, good beds, All the towels, utensils, pots/pans we needed. Good privacy. Easy to get too. Washer/dryer was so convenient for drying towels and bathing suits after hot tub. Ice/water through the door wasn’t operable. We were able to turn the ice on which we needed. We turned it back off when we left. The water dispensing never did work. Location was so convenient for the beginning of Oktoberfest.
We were disappointed the shower in the upstairs bedroom did not work. Only a bathtub. Seems the shower head needs to be replaced. We needed to jockey around for showers in the downstairs bath. The living room couch had a beautiful cover but it had seen better days.

That it was clean, secluded, and very close to Helen water park! Loved Loved Loved the Jacuzzi!!!! It was fresh and clean
I liked everything. My family and I had a wonderful time. The only thing was that there was not a tv in one of the rooms as I was told there were tvs in every room. The tv in the living room kept loading and would work sometimes and sometimes not. Would be more enjoyable with a tv in the bedroom downstairs.
