The location was perfect. Nicely decorated home, with comfy beds, a lovely hot shower and we loved the fireplace. Would be happy to stay again.
The door lock was really hard to see in the daylight, the kettle didn't turn off when boiling, the dishwasher leaked so we only used it once, some face washers would have been nice for the bathroom.

Quiet and clean property conveniently located in a leafy setting. Modern decorations, large dining table, outdoor seating. Nice big beds. Nice bedding linnen.
Backing out of the driveway with a thud onto the street - needs to be levelled out.
Key code system is awkward and has to be used every time re-entering after going out.
Spiral stairs not great for seniors.
Only had one bathmat to share for all guests.

The location was good, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy.
It was very cold and took a long time to heat up the cottage with a few electric heaters and the air-conditioning unit. The real fire was lovely but most of the social seating was downstairs where it was too cold to sit and the fire heat didn't reach. There were several visitors during our stay opening the garage, moving the bins, dropping off laundry and dropping off wood, which felt intrusive and we had to check that this was normal with the host, as nobody had communicated that it would happen.
